  1. Hey girl!! I was going to ask you this in person but since you want stuff to blog about I thought I would ask. You may have some old posts on this I don't know but I lost over 40lbs when I was crossfitting and now that I am powerlifting I am gaining some back. on purpose of course but I would like to eat lots of protein and fat still and try to be more lean. Can you give me some tips on eating to keep building muscle but stay at the same body fat %???
